PostZeno is a cloud-based email delivery infrastructure service provided by PostZeno Our platform enables developers and businesses to send transactional emails (such as account verifications, password resets, order confirmations) and bulk marketing campaigns through a unified REST API and SMTP relay.

The service is delivered as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) with no on-premise installation required. Customers integrate via documented APIs and pay either by purchasing prepaid email credits or through enterprise volume contracts.

02Core Features

2.1 Email Sending API

• REST API — JSON-based send endpoint with sub-50ms p99 latency
• SMTP Relay — Drop-in replacement for any existing SMTP setup, supporting STARTTLS
• Batch sending — Up to 1,000 recipients per request
• HTML and plain-text bodies, with attachment support up to 25 MB total

2.2 Authentication & Reputation

• Automatic DKIM key generation and signing per sending domain
• Built-in SPF and DMARC guidance during domain setup
• TLS 1.2+ encryption for all SMTP and API traffic
• Dedicated IP pool available on Professional and higher plans

2.3 Tracking & Analytics

• Open and click tracking via per-message tokens
• Bounce, deferral, and complaint capture from upstream MTAs
• Real-time webhook events for delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, complained
• Detailed send logs retained for 7 to 90 days based on plan

2.4 Domain & Mailbox Management

• Self-service custom domain onboarding with one-click DNS verification
• Optional inbound mailbox provisioning for receiving replies (IMAP)
• Per-user role and API key isolation

03Plans & Pricing

All paid plans are sold as one-time prepaid credit packs. Credits do not expire as long as the account remains active. There is no auto-renewal and no recurring charge unless explicitly stated.

Each successfully delivered or attempted email consumes one credit. Bounced and rejected emails still consume credits when the bounce occurs at the recipient mail server (after PostZeno hands the message off).

04Service Delivery

After successful payment, credits are credited to the customer's account within minutes. The customer can immediately:

1. Log in to the PostZeno dashboard at https://postzeno.com/dashboard.html
2. Generate API keys and configure sending domains
3. Send emails via REST API or SMTP using the documented endpoints

Service is delivered as digital infrastructure access. There is no physical product shipment.

05SLA & Support

Target uptime for the API and SMTP relay is 99.9% measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance and force majeure. Status is published on our status page.

06Customer Requirements

To use PostZeno, customers must:

• Own or be authorized to send from each configured sending domain
• Maintain accurate DNS records for SPF, DKIM, and DMARC as guided by our setup wizard
• Comply with anti-spam laws including CAN-SPAM Act (US), GDPR (EU), CASL (Canada), and PIPL (China) as applicable
• Provide a valid contact email address for service notifications
• Not use the service for prohibited content (see our Terms of Service)

• 所有 SMTP 与 API 流量采用 TLS 1.2+ 加密
• 专业版及以上套餐可使用专用 IP 池

2.3 追踪与分析

• 基于每条邮件 token 的打开与点击追踪
• 从上游 MTA 捕获退信、延迟和投诉
• 提供实时 Webhook 事件：投递、打开、点击、退信、投诉
• 详细发送日志按套餐保留 7 至 90 天

2.4 域名与邮箱管理

• 自助式自定义域名接入，一键 DNS 验证
• 可选启用收件邮箱以接收回复（IMAP）
• 多用户角色和 API Key 隔离

03套餐与价格

所有付费套餐均以 一次性预付额度包 形式出售。账户保持活跃状态时额度永久有效。除非显式说明，否则不会自动续费、不会产生周期性扣款。

每封成功投递或尝试投递的邮件消耗 1 封额度。如果退信发生在收件方邮件服务器（即 PostZeno 已成功转交后），仍会消耗额度。

04服务交付

付款成功后，额度将在 数分钟内 计入客户账户，客户可立即：

1. 登录 PostZeno 控制台 https://postzeno.com/dashboard.html
2. 生成 API Key 并配置发送域名
3. 通过文档中的 REST API 或 SMTP 端点发送邮件

本服务以数字基础设施访问形式交付，不涉及任何实物商品邮寄。

05SLA 与支持

API 与 SMTP 中继的目标可用性为 99.9%，按月统计。计划维护与不可抗力时段不计入。可用性数据公布于状态页面。

06使用要求

使用 PostZeno 服务的客户须：

• 拥有或被合法授权使用所配置的每个发送域名
• 按照设置向导维护准确的 SPF、DKIM、DMARC DNS 记录
• 遵守适用的反垃圾邮件法律，包括 美国 CAN-SPAM 法案、欧盟 GDPR、加拿大 CASL、中国 PIPL 等
• 提供有效的联系邮箱用于接收服务通知
• 不得用于禁止内容（详见《服务条款》）
